LGBTQ+
Work has been hell. Your relationship feels like it’s crumbling. You’re under constant pressure to have it all together when, deep down, you feel like you’re barely holding on. You’ve been doing your best to manage, telling yourself it’s fine, pushing through, pretending it’s not that big of a deal. But no matter how much you try to push it away, it keeps coming back.
You don’t need a reason to feel the way you do.
You’ve heard it before: “You’ve got so much to be grateful for,” or “Other people have it worse.” But those words don’t make the stress any easier to carry. They don’t help you fall asleep at night when your brain won’t stop racing. They don’t stop the questions running through your head.
You’re not the only one asking these questions. And you’re not alone in looking for a place where you can just breathe, unpack everything you’ve been holding inside, and figure out what’s next.
Creating a Safe Space
At LNC Wellness Center, we don’t make assumptions about who you are or why you’re here. You don’t need to explain yourself or fit into a box. We know that members of the LGBTQ+ community come to therapy for the same reasons as anyone else: to manage stress, heal from the past, improve relationships, or simply figure out how to navigate life when it feels overwhelming.
This isn’t therapy focused on your identity unless you want it to be. If your experiences as an LGBTQ+ person are part of the story, we’ll hold space for that. If they’re not, that’s okay too. What matters is that you feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
We’re here to help you tackle the things that keep you up at night. Whether it’s the pressure to succeed, feeling stuck in your relationships, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, this is your space to work through it, without judgment and without having to explain the parts of yourself that you’ve had to explain so many times before.
Sometimes, the weight you’re carrying comes from things you’ve been dealing with for years, old wounds that never fully healed. Other times, it’s the stuff you didn’t even realize was building up until one day it feels like too much.
You’ve been strong for so long, but even the strongest people need a break. Maybe you’ve spent your whole life feeling like you had to prove yourself, to your family, to your friends, to the world. Maybe you’re tired of being the one everyone relies on, the one who always has it together, even when you don’t. Or maybe you’re just tired of feeling stuck, unsure of how to move forward when everything feels so overwhelming.
The thing is, you don’t need to have all the answers before you walk into therapy. That’s what we’re here for. Therapy with us isn’t about labeling your struggles or giving you a list of things you “should” be doing. It’s about meeting you where you are, helping you understand what’s really going on, and figuring out together what needs to change so you can feel more like yourself again.
We’ll help you find clarity, confidence, and a sense of peace, without ever asking you to be anything other than yourself.
We know life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Therapy gives you the tools to navigate whatever comes your way, to set boundaries that protect your energy, and to build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

We understand that finding a therapist who truly gets you can feel like a daunting task, especially if you’ve had experiences where you didn’t feel fully understood or accepted. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to create a practice where everyone, regardless of how they identify, feels safe, supported, and respected.
When you walk through our doors, you’ll find a space that’s warm, welcoming, and free of judgment. You won’t have to explain your pronouns, educate your therapist, or defend your experiences. We’re here to listen, support, and help you navigate whatever life throws your way.
You’ve already taken the first step by being here. Now let’s take the next one together. Schedule your free 15-minute consultation today, and let’s talk about how we can help you feel more grounded, more at peace, and more like you.
